Luckily for Star Digital Marketing, the marketing team at Australian Granite House had a clear vision of what they wanted with their new website. They knew they were missing out of growth due to the performance and aesthetic of their website; it was previously created on a basic template and not being mobile friendly wasn’t helping anyone, it had been neglected for years but it was now time to take the company’s website to a new level.

Introducing new informative content and options that weren’t showcased on the site was a missing piece they had wanted addressed for a very long time. Combining visions of colour schemes and contrasts as well as a new updated branding logo were part of the client brief.

Approach

Getting a firm understanding of the user personas viewing and interacting with the Australian Granite House website was the first step taken by our team. We understood that the products sold were a high-end investment for the client, so we needed to create a site that ultimately created a desire to work with the Australian Granite House.

This was a drastic move away from the previous website, we needed to expand of their brand presence and utilise many forms of digital assets to customise a site that resonated with visitors whether it be residential or commercial personas. Working closely with the marketing team at Australian Granite House we developed a smooth transitional sales funnel to allow the visitor to embrace all that Australian Granite House can offer as a stone solutions provider.

We do not make changes for change sake, we systematically use the science behind marketing and consumer principles to structure a site for maximum conversion. Integrating updated content, high-resolution imagery showcasing their product, and providing the site with new a menu and dropdown options as well as extra information previously missing on the old site helps to increase the user experience through purchasing marble and granite.
