AI Visibility Reporting
You can already see your Google rankings. You almost certainly cannot see what ChatGPT tells a buyer when they ask who to use. This is the reporting that closes that gap.
- Tracked prompts across the major assistants
- Mention, citation and sentiment over time
- Named competitors, and why they are being chosen
Why it matters now
An answer engine is a channel you cannot log into.
There is no console, no impressions report and no position tracker. The only way to know how an assistant describes your business is to ask it the questions your buyers ask, repeatedly, and record what comes back.
We build a prompt set for your category, run it on a schedule across the major assistants, and report movement in plain English — including the uncomfortable part, which is usually an out-of-date fact or a competitor being named in your place.
A channel with no console
There is no dashboard. The only way to know what an assistant says about you is to ask it, on a schedule, and write down the answer.
You cannot log in to ChatGPT and see your impressions.
Every other channel hands you a console. Search Console shows impressions and position. Google Ads shows spend and conversions. Analytics shows sessions. Answer engines show nothing at all — there is no account, no report, and no notification when the answer about your category changes.
So the method is deliberately unglamorous. We build a prompt set from the questions your buyers actually ask, in the words they actually use, agreed with you before anything runs. Then we run that same set across the major assistants on a fixed cadence and record the responses verbatim, so month-to-month movement means something rather than reflecting a differently worded question.
Three things come out of it. Whether you are named at all. Whether your site is the source being cited, or someone else is being cited about you. And whether what is being said is actually correct — because the single most common finding is not absence, it is an out-of-date fact drawn from a directory listing nobody has touched in four years.
That last one is the most actionable. When an assistant states something wrong, we trace the source it is likely drawing on and go and fix it — your site, your schema, your Google Business Profile, the third-party listing. Reporting that stops at the observation is half a service.
What this includes
Reporting you can act on.
Prompt set design
The real buying questions in your category, in the words your customers use, agreed with you before we start.
Scheduled monitoring
Run across the major assistants on a fixed cadence so month-to-month movement means something.
Accuracy checks
Where an assistant states something wrong about you, we find the source it is drawing on and go and fix it.
Competitive share of answer
Who else gets named, how often, and what is on their site that is not on yours.
Actions, not dashboards
Every report ends with the specific changes we recommend next, ranked.
Scope
What the service can include.
Every engagement is scoped to what the site actually needs. Nothing on this list is billed because it appears on a list.
- Organic rankings and visibility
- AI mentions and citations
- Cited page monitoring
- Prompt set tracking
- Brand and competitor share of voice
- Referral and assisted traffic
- Conversion interpretation
- Quarterly opportunity reviews
Straight answers
What this can and cannot do.
ClaimedWe can get you recommended by ChatGPT.
ActuallyNobody can make a model recommend anyone. What you can do is be the clearest, best-evidenced and most consistently described option in your category — which is what tends to get chosen.
ClaimedAI rankings can be tracked like Google rankings.
ActuallyThey cannot. Responses vary between runs and models retrain without notice, so this is trend reporting over months, not a position tracker.
ClaimedOne check will tell you where you stand.
ActuallyOne run is an anecdote. The value is in the same prompts, the same cadence, over time — including the baseline recorded before any work starts.
How we work
How the reporting runs
- 01
Baseline
First full run before any work starts, so everything afterwards is measured against something real.
- 02
Monthly run
Same prompts, same cadence, recorded verbatim.
- 03
Review
A short call on what moved, what did not, and what we are doing about it.
- 04
Correct at source
Fixes go into your site, schema, profiles and third-party listings — wherever the wrong answer came from.
What better performance looks like
The outcome we are actually working toward.
Better reporting gives the team a clearer view of where the brand appears, which pages are being selected and where content or authority gaps remain.
Plain english
The words, defined.
- Prompt set
- The fixed list of buying questions used to test an assistant, held constant so results can be compared month to month.
- Share of answer
- How often your business is named in responses to your category prompts, relative to the competitors named alongside or instead of you.
- Hallucinated fact
- Something an assistant states about your business that is untrue or out of date, usually traceable to a stale listing or an ambiguous page.
Proof, not promises

Honest fit
We would rather tell you now than in month three.
A good fit if
- You suspect assistants are describing you wrongly and want to know
- You want a baseline before investing in AI search work
- You are in a category where buyers research before calling
- You can act on the corrections we find
Probably not if
- You want a guaranteed improvement in AI mentions
- You want the reporting without changing anything it finds
- You expect daily or weekly rank-tracker style data
- Your buyers do not research online at all
Questions
AI visibility reporting, answered
Can you make an AI recommend us?
No one can make it. What you can do is be the clearest, best-evidenced, most consistently described option in your category — which is what tends to get picked.
How often do results change?
Unpredictably. Models retrain and retrieval changes without notice, so we report trends over months rather than reacting to a single run.
Which assistants do you cover?
The ones your customers use — currently Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Bing Copilot, plus classic Google and Bing results for context.
Does this work on its own?
It tells you the truth on its own. Changing the truth needs the content, technical and website work behind it.
