Digital Services Built for the AI Search Era
We cap the agency at 200 clients nationwide and take only one business per industry, per location. That is the whole model: fewer clients, more attention, and never working for your competitor.
- One client per industry, per location — held to
- Client cap of 200 businesses nationwide
- No long-term contracts, no lock-in
Why it matters now
Same principles. A new place your customers look first.
Star Digital AI Marketing has built websites and run search campaigns for Australian businesses for years, out of Cremorne in Melbourne. None of that craft changes. What has changed is that a growing share of buyers now ask an assistant instead of scrolling a results page, and read one answer instead of ten links.
So the same foundations — clean structure, honest markup, pages that resolve a question, a website that converts the visit — now have to satisfy a second reader. That is what the rebrand to Star Digital AI Marketing is about.
The shape of it
Eleven services sound like a menu. It is closer to one machine with eleven parts.
Why we sell the services separately and build them as one system.
A business usually arrives wanting one thing — a website, or ads, or to know why the phone stopped ringing. That is a fine place to start, and most of our engagements do start with exactly one service. What changes over the first few months is the realisation that the thing holding the number down was rarely the thing that was bought.
A beautiful site that no search engine can parse will not be found. A page that ranks but reads like a brochure will not be quoted by an assistant. An ad campaign pointing at a slow landing page burns budget on clicks that bounce. Each of those is a different service on this page, and each of them is useless in isolation.
So the eleven services share a spine: one team, one set of technical standards, one measurement baseline recorded before anything is touched. The person who writes your content sets the schema behind it. The person who builds the site reads the ad data. Nothing gets lost in a handover because there is no handover.
That is also why the client cap exists. Running a system like this properly takes attention, and attention does not scale to four hundred accounts. Two hundred nationwide is the number at which we can still do the deep analysis that moves conversion rates, rather than the shallow reporting that fills a monthly PDF.
What this includes
Eleven services across three practice areas.
AI search and organic
Technical SEO, AI content strategy and AI visibility reporting — the work that decides whether an answer engine names you at all.
Websites and conversion
AI ready websites, design and development, conversion rate optimisation, branding and creative — the work that turns a visit into an enquiry.
Demand and operations
Google Ads, marketing and sales automation, a free website audit and ongoing maintenance — the work that keeps it all running.
Straight answers
The four things agencies say that should make you walk.
ClaimedWe can guarantee you page one on Google within 90 days.
ActuallyNobody can, and Google says so itself. The only way to guarantee it is to pick keywords nobody searches for. Ask which keywords, and watch the answer arrive slowly.
ClaimedWe work with businesses across every industry.
ActuallyWhich means they may already work for your competitor. Search is zero-sum — if an agency holds two accounts in one category, one of them is being quietly underserved.
ClaimedSign here for twelve months and we will get started.
ActuallyA lock-in contract is a hedge against the work not being good enough to keep you. We run month to month. If we stop earning it, you should be able to leave.
How we work
How an engagement starts
- 01
Exclusivity check
First question, always: is your industry and location already taken? If it is, we say so and stop there.
- 02
Free website audit
Score, traffic analysis, technical review, usability, keyword rankings, backlinks and social — at no cost, and yours to keep.
- 03
Scope and sequence
Which services actually move your number, in what order, and what each is worth. No contract to sign to find out.
- 04
Build, report, iterate
Our own team does the work and reports monthly in plain English.
Plain english
The words, defined.
- AI search optimisation
- The work of making a business easy for an AI assistant to find, understand and recommend — structure, entity data, evidence and consistency, rather than keyword density.
- Answer engine
- Any tool that responds to a question with a composed answer rather than a list of links: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot.
- Industry exclusivity
- An agreement that an agency will take only one client per industry, per location, so its effort in that category is never split between competitors.
Proof, not promises
Thirty-two Australian businesses, rebuilt and measured.
Every build in our showcase is a live site you can open, scroll and judge for yourself — with the brief, the approach and the result written up beside it.
- 32client builds in the showcase
- 6answer engines we optimise for
- GooglePartner certified agency
Honest fit
We would rather tell you now than in month three.
A good fit if
- You have outgrown your current setup and are ready to invest properly
- Your category is still open — nobody in your industry and area has claimed it
- You want to be told when something will not work, before it is billed
- You can live with honest reporting, including the months that go sideways
Probably not if
- You want a guaranteed ranking by a fixed date
- Your competitor is already a client — the category is closed and we will say so
- You need the cheapest quote in the room rather than the right one
- You are in the adult, pharmaceutical or gambling industries
Questions
Our services, answered
Do I have to take all of it?
No. Most clients start with one service — usually a website or the free audit — and add from there once they can see what it is doing.
Are you locked into contracts?
No. We are a low-risk, no-contract agency. If we are not earning our place you should be able to leave, and you can.
Where are you based?
Our in-house design and development team is in Cremorne, Melbourne. We work with businesses Australia wide.
Why the client cap?
Because an agency juggling hundreds of accounts cannot do deep analysis on any of them. Two hundred nationwide is the number at which we can still work closely with every client.
