SEO location exclusivity means that, within the industry and geographic area agreed with you, we will not provide competing SEO campaigns for another business covered by that commitment.
The agreed industry, locations, services and duration will be confirmed in writing before your campaign begins. Our standard location exclusivity policy excludes the adult, pharmaceutical and gambling industries.

Star Digital AI Marketing brings an AI Search Optimisation focus to our search services. Where included in your campaign, this work aims to help search engines and AI answer systems understand your business and its content.
If you would like exclusivity to cover AI Search Optimisation as well as SEO, we will confirm that scope in your agreement. It does not extend automatically to every marketing service or platform.
How to check availability
- Share your details. Tell us your business name, website, industry and the locations you want to target.
- We review your market. Our team checks your request against existing commitments and the scope of our exclusivity policy.
- We confirm what is available. If eligible, we explain the proposed coverage and record the agreed terms before your campaign starts.
Submitting an enquiry requests an availability review. It does not reserve a location or establish an exclusivity agreement.
What we will ask you for
So we can review your market properly, please have these ready: your name, business name, website URL, email address, your industry or main service, and the target locations you want to reach — suburbs, cities or states, such as Melbourne, VIC or NSW. Enter Australia for a national request.
Optional, but helpful: a phone number, the services you are interested in (SEO, AI Search Optimisation, or both), target keywords, and anything else we should know.
Common questions
Does exclusivity guarantee the top position in search?
No. Exclusivity is our commitment about the competing campaigns we take on. Search engines and AI platforms determine their own results, and exclusivity does not guarantee rankings, enquiries or inclusion in AI answers.
Can I request more than one location?
Yes. Tell us all the suburbs, cities, states or national markets you want to target. We will review availability and define any agreed coverage in writing. Approval for one location does not automatically cover additional areas.
Is every industry eligible?
Our standard location exclusivity policy excludes the adult, pharmaceutical and gambling industries. Other requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the relevant industry and geographic scope.
Does exclusivity cover all your services?
It covers the services expressly included in your exclusivity agreement. Any extension to AI Search Optimisation, paid advertising, website services or another service must be agreed in writing.
How long does exclusivity last?
The duration and any conditions for continuing exclusivity will be set out in your agreement. We will explain them before you commit.
